Senior Enforcement Counsel, Securities and Exchange Commission
Peter Bryan Moores is a Senior Enforcement Counsel with the Securities and Exchange Commission in its Boston Regional Office. As Senior Enforcement Counsel, Peter investigates and litigates against persons and companies that violate the securities laws, including in the areas of offering frauds, digital securities, and broker-dealer and investment adviser wrongdoing. Peter also serves as a judge advocate within the Massachusetts Army National Guard. He is currently the Senior Defense Counsel for the Northeast Region’s Trial Defense Services. Prior to joining the SEC, Peter was a partner at Choate, Hall & Stewart. Peter is a graduate of Harvard College and Georgetown University Law Center.
