She is President of the International Federation of Computer Law Associations (IFCLA), and President of the leading Spanish digital law experts ENATIC. She is a listed Spanish expert of the Pool of Experts of the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) and was recently appointed expert of the CETRA Committee of Generalitat de Catalunya as well as Advisory Board member of the AI Commission of 3Cat. <\/p>\n<p>Bel\u00e9n is a lawyer and founding partner of her independent law firm, with an extensive track record of over 20 years in Digital, Corporate, Commercial and Data Privacy Law, IP and Compliance in cutting edge sectors. Bel\u00e9n pioneered the practice of IT law in Spain and has been recognized in directories like Best Lawyers (categories of Technology Law and Data Protection), Who\u2019s Who Legal (TMT, Data Security and Data Protection, and distinguished as Thought Leader) for twelve consecutive years. She was Human Rights Award nominee 2023 of Consejo General de la Abogac\u00eda Espa\u00f1ola. She works in six languages. She is a law professor on AI and Digital Law at several master\u2019s and executive programs of Universitat de Barcelona-IL3, UPF, UC3M and others.
